韓國 晉州 河蓮玉 冷麵 진주 Jinju 하연옥 냉면 HaYeonOck Cold noodle

When we was going to go 남해Namhae, we dropped by Jinju to eat 냉면cold noodle.
在我們去南海途中,為了要吃晉州冷麵,我們在晉州停留一下

 Cold noodle of Jinju is different from other cold noodles in Korea.
晉州的冷麵和韓國其它地方的冷麵不同

  Korea has several kinds of cold noodles.
According to location, the taste of cold noodles are different.
 韓國有不同種類的冷麵,
不同地方,冷麵的口味也不盡相同

This restaurant is the most famous cold noodle restaurant in Jinju.

這間餐廳(河蓮玉)是晉州有名的冷麵餐廳

Here was very crowded.....
餐廳擠滿了人....

I was waiting over 30 minutes in here even if the restaurant size was really big !!
即使這間餐廳已經很大了,但我還是在這等了超過30分,才可以進入!!

육전 Yuk Jeon is like a beef pancake in Korea.
육전 是一種韓國牛肉煎餅

They put Yuk Jeon in cold noodle in Junju !
 在晉州,當地人會在冷麵裡放牛肉煎餅!　

Also they use sea food broth!
湯頭也是用海鮮湯

We ordered the first on " 진주물냉면 JinJu Naengmyeon ".
我們是第一次點晉州冷麵

 the price is 8000won for a bowl of noodle.
一碗要韓圜8000(台幣215)

doesn't it look delicious?

看起來是不是很美味呢?

It was totally different from other cool noodles in Korea.
完全和韓國其它地方的冷麵不同

  I can not forget the taste.
沒辦法忘掉它的味道

  I feel very bad that I cannot explain the taste in English.
對於我不能用英文描述它的味道我感到很難過

However, I'm not sure that I can explain it in Korean, either.

但是,我也不確定我可以用韓文解釋出這個口感

 I was very surprised that it was totally  NEW taste for me.
我真的非常驚艷於它的全新口味

 I was my first time to eat this kind of flavor !
這是我第一次吃到這種口味!

We just said GOOD GOOD GOOD !!
我們只有不停的說 好吃 好吃 真好吃!!
