韓國 米其林指南 大田 聖心堂 炸波蘿麵包 대전역 성심당 튀김소보로 DaeJeon Station Sung Sim Dang



 Last weekend, I ate Deep fired Soboro bread in DaeJeon!
上週末我在大田吃了炸菠蘿麵包!

  Sung Sim Dang  is very famous bakery shop in DaeJeon.
聖心堂是大田非常知名的麵包店

Michelin Guide introduced this store!!!! 米其林指南曾經介紹過這家店!!!!

Michelin Guide is a famous for restaurant guide book. 米其林指南是知名的餐廳觀光書籍

Best seller breads at Sung Sim Dang
聖心堂招牌麵包





They made all the breads in the store, but do not make the deep fired Soboro.
I heard that the original owner of Sung Sim Dang never open the recipe .
除了炸波蘿麵包以外,他們會在店裡製作所有的麵包
據說,盛心堂的開店始祖堅持 永不公開炸波蘿麵包的食譜




A person for 6 ! 
The price is 9000won for 6 breads.
 一個人只能限買六個!
6個是韓圜9000(台幣240)

if you buy with box (case), it costs 10000won.
假如六個裝需要用盒子的話,那就要韓國10000(台幣268)

 You also can buy only one! 當然你也可以只購買一個!

 I saw all the people were buying 6. ㅋㅋㅋ
我看到全部的人都買6個 呵呵呵

So, you can feel how it is popular.
所以你們應該就知道它有多受歡迎了吧

Actually, I usually do not like to eat deep fired bread, but it was just perfect !!!!!
我其實不是很喜歡吃炸麵包,但這個炸麵包卻很好吃!!!!!!!

I can not forget this taste.
我沒辦法忘記這個味道

Outside of bread is very crunch and crispy, but in-side is very soft and sweet !
外表非常酥脆,裡面則是軟綿又甜甜的!
You must try it !!!!!

OMG..... Why I had not known about this bread before? ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
天啊.....為什麼我之前都不知道這個麵包呢?ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ


I can understand why Michelin Guide introduced this shop and this bread.
現在我瞭解為什麼米其林指南要介紹這間麵包店和這個麵包了
