Now, I'm in 대구(大邱, Daegu ) for helping my cousin's wedding picture !!
我現在正在韓國的大邱,因為我表姐要拍婚紗照,我前來這幫她!!

I came Daegu around 8 am,
我是早上八點到大邱的

and we went to hair shop and studio for wedding pictures!
然後我為了這婚紗照 事前需要先去梳化!

We finished the schedule around 4pm !!
一直到下午4點才全部完成!!

I also took some pictures of them !! :)
我也照了一些他們的照片!!:)

I envy my cousin !!! I want to marry, too !!!
我忌妒我表姊啦!!!我也想要結婚啦!!!

I also want to wear wedding dress !!!!!!
我也想要穿婚紗啦!!!!!

Actually, she is the closest cousin of mind~ !!
 其實,她是跟我最好表姊~!!

So I'm so happy that she is going to marry ~!!
所以我很開心她要結婚了~!!

韓國 泡菜 食譜

說到韓國泡菜,大家千萬別被先入主觀念影響.
認為韓國泡菜就是辣而已

其實我五年前也是這麼認為
可是當我第一次吃到道地又新鮮的韓國泡菜
從此我就愛上了這個味道

我覺得真正好吃的韓國泡菜是辣中帶甘
不是一昧的勁辣..而是辣雖辣卻有甘甜的感覺
我常常只單吃泡菜配白飯就覺超滿足

忘了跟大家說,在愛上泡菜前,我本人是不吃辣的.
還有別以為所有的韓國人都愛吃辣.
錯錯錯錯錯
我還是有很多韓國朋友他們是不吃辣的,但是他們卻不能沒有泡菜...
哈哈哈哈
所以我真的相信 真的好吃的泡菜 是會讓不吃辣的人也深深著迷

在我第一次吃到道地的韓國泡菜後
我就覺得要把這道泡菜 料理手法學起來(怕以後再也吃不到)
馬上跟一個韓國媽媽學了這正宗的韓國泡菜
今天來跟大家好好介紹怎麼製作正宗韓國泡菜
讓喜歡泡菜的朋友們不用到韓國也可以吃到那令人一吃難忘的泡菜啊!!!

材料:
(1)大白菜 8粒
(2)蔥 3-4把
(3)白蘿蔔 兩粒
(4)薑 一份
(5)蒜泥 半瓶
(6)魚露 一些
(7)糯米粉
(8)韓式辣椒粉
  (9)裝醃好的泡菜盒子(建議不用選太大)

食譜:首先要把買來的所有大白菜都切成 1/4 份(在挑大白菜時選擇大又甜的,這會影響泡菜發酵後的甜度喔)



接著把海鹽一層一層灑到大白菜裡(為了脫水)


然後把海鹽加水倒入已經灑過海鹽的大白菜(全部的水只要大概蓋過大白菜就可以)    待6-7小時再回來看脫過水的大白菜


趁等脫水的時候可以把買來的白蘿蔔去皮切厚片(白蘿蔔可有可無,但如果有的話可以一次有不同種的泡菜種類)



留大概一粒左右的厚片狀蘿蔔,再把剩下蘿蔔切成條狀
 

薑去皮切塊打成泥



青蔥清洗後 去頭切段




接下來把糯米粉跟水混合煮到滾,要煮到像以下的稠度及濃度(這是要讓大白菜扒附味道的醬汁,一定要小心煮.建議可以一邊攪一邊倒入糯米粉來控制份量,以免失敗)
  
   ↑↑↑ 醬汁濃稠度

煮好的糯米水再把韓式辣椒粉倒入,不停的攪動,醬汁顏色最後呈現豬肝色(辣度可以在這時做調整)

把剛切條的白蘿蔔和切段的蔥先混合以後,接著在上面放上海鹽,糖,薑泥,及半罐的蒜泥,辣椒粉,一湯匙的魚露 和剛混合過的糯米辣椒粉醬汁,然後戴手套拌勻(在這時可以試試味道,覺得想要什麼味道強一點可以再多加些)
   

6-7小時候 大白菜因脫水後變小



先把大白菜上面和裡面的海鹽洗過 2次(記得要洗乾淨喔)



擰乾洗後的大白菜



把剛做好的综合醬汁開始一層一層塗在洗好的大白菜裡(一定要塗到大白菜看不到它本身的白)


把塗好醬汁的大白菜折成一疊一疊 準備裝入盒子裡

準備好裝泡菜的盒子
先在底部鋪上剛切好厚片的白蘿蔔(份量是一粒)'



然後再把剛折好一疊一疊的大白菜依序鋪在上面(可以多疊幾層)



最後要蓋蓋子前,可以把一些不是一疊一疊的大白菜,而是一片片的大白菜(製作中途 散開的)鋪在上面




泡菜完成後先放置室溫中一天,不需要冰入冰箱裡
然後再放到冰箱三到四天後便可食用
這其中泡菜會出水和泡泡那是發酵的正常現象
但要注意,因為台灣沒有像韓國有專屬的泡菜冰箱
所以不建議大家一下製作大量
以免因為不穩定的冰箱溫度,造成泡菜發霉

製作好的泡菜至少可放1-2個月
泡菜放越久會越酸
這時酸泡菜就很適合拿來煮泡菜火鍋

我現在正在使用的保養品還有 Innisfree的青蘋果汁卸妝油!!

My sister used Innisfree olive real cleansing oil,
我妹比我早使用Innisfree 的產品 她是用 橄欖深層卸妝油

so when I went to my sister home ( now she lives alone because of her college) and tried this product.
所以當我去我妹宿舍時,我試過這瓶橄欖卸妝油(她現在一個人住,因為她是個大學生)

Thus, I wanted to buy Olive real cleansing oil,
因此我那時就想去買我妹那瓶橄欖卸妝油

but Innisfree store clerk said that cleansing oil is out of stock.
但是Innisfree 的店員告訴我,橄欖系列的卸妝油已經賣光了

And then, she recommend me to buy Apple Juicy Cleansing Oil !!
然後店員推薦我使用青蘋果汁卸妝油!!

Olive  and Apple is almost same product,
橄欖系列和青蘋果系列 幾乎徵對的皮膚狀況是相同的

and many people like to buy this one instead of Olive.
而許多韓國人喜歡買青蘋果系列去取代橄欖系列

Also, smell is better and Olive.
青蘋果系列的產品聞起來會比橄欖系列的產品好聞多了


Actually, this product is one of the bestseller product nowadays ~!!
這產品現在是韓國銷售最好的保養品之ㄧ!!

I usually do not do heavy make up, so this product is enough  to remove my make up.
我通常不會化太濃的妝,所以這個產品可以很容易的幫我把裝卸乾淨

But if someone like to smoky eye makeup like Ga-in(a member of Brown eyed girls),
但有一些化妝,例如 煙薰妝化的像 孫佳人(Brown eyed girls 的成員之ㄧ)

I think this product is not enough to remove all of that.
這產品可能就會卸不乾淨

This one is1,3000 won, so price is also reasonable !!
這產品價位是韓幣1300(NT330-340),價錢是很合理的!!

( even though Apple cleansing oil has reasonable price, the price was much cheaper a year ago,)
(即便這個產品已經價位很合理了,但跟一年前比起來,還是貴了些)


If someone are considering to buy cleansing oil, I highly recommned this product !!

韓國 MISSHA B.B霜 YEONGAE: cosmetics that I am using now ! (2)

Nowadays I'm using " MISSHA signature real complete B.B Cream 21호"
現在我正在使用 MISSHA 的signature real complete B.B Cream 21호

I heard that Missha b.b is good , and I asked clerk which is good for me.
我聽韓國人提過MISSHA 的BB霜很好用,而我也到店裡 詢問過店員哪一支B.B霜適合我.

She said if you usually apply B.B without foundation,
店員告訴我,如果我平常沒有上粉底的習慣 是直接使用B.B霜的話

this product will be good for you.
這個產品將會非常適合我

So ! I choose this product !!
所以我就買了這個產品!!

價錢 : 23,800韓幣

It works well that covers my skin tone and spots.
這項產品可以有效的遮住我曬黑的肌膚還有斑點

Actually, I was suprised
老實說我很驚訝這樣的效果

 because it was much better than I expected.
 因為它已經超出我原先預期的效果太多了

I was very very satisfied with this B.B
我對這支B.B霜非常滿意

However, after I apply this product,
但是,在我使用這支產品之後

 I feel my skin is dry like other B.B creams and foundations . 
我感覺我肌膚乾的程度就像使用其他的B.B霜和粉底

My skin is originally very dry,,
我的肌膚本來就是屬於超乾性,,

so I always apply moisturizing  cream before I apply this B.B cream.
所以在使用這支B.B霜之前我會先上一些保濕乳液在我的臉上

Actually I like to mix B.B or foundations with moisturizing cream.
事實上,我很喜歡把這B.B霜或粉底跟我的保濕乳液混合後再擦在臉上

Korean make-up artist said if you want to do 물광水光 make up,
韓國的彩妝師說,如果妳想要妳的臉 化妝後看幾來還是水水嫩嫩,

 mixing moisturizing cream and foundation are good way to make up !!
混合妳的保濕乳和粉底會是一個好方法!!

Thus, I like to use this skill so my skin is not easy to dry out.
因此,我喜歡使用這小技巧,
也因為這樣 我上粧後的肌膚狀態就比較不容易變乾

( but if you mix like this way, B.B can't cover as much as you want. )
(但如果你們要把B.B霜跟乳液混合後再擦在臉上的話,B.B霜的遮瑕效果可能就沒那麼強)


I think this product is good for daily make-up.

However, when I saw some reivew of this product, many people were oliy skin type.

Everything is good !!

My first major is Piano (classic music), and my second major is English language and literature.
我第一個主修是鋼琴(古典音樂)而我第二個主修是英語和英國文學

Even though my second major is English, I think my English skill is not good enough  so far..
即使我第二主修是英文,但我想我目前的英文還不是很好

I had a graduate concert last fall !!!!!!!!  
去年秋天我有一個畢業音樂會!!!!!!!

當我還是國中生時,얼짱這個名詞算時那時非常流行的話語

Han-byul is one of the most popular 얼짱 at that time.
在那時 寒別就是其中一個最有名的 얼짱

얼짱的意思是"最漂亮的臉蛋""臉蛋第一"
She was really famous !!
所以她因為這樣變很紅!!

She was an art high school student, and her major was Korean dance.
那時,她唸的高中是一所藝術高中,她主修韓國舞蹈

This aritlce said she is the no.1 얼짱 in Korea !!
在這篇報導裡說,她是韓國第一名的얼짱

Actually she was really really famous.
真的!!那時每個人都知道她是誰吧.

Also, many people said she looked like 전지현 Jeon Ji-hyun.
所以當時也有很多人說她長的很像全智賢
