韓國 蕎麥麵&傳統市場 메밀 막국수 Maemil Makguksu ( Buckwheat noodle) & 시장 Traditional market

After I went to Jimjilbang, I ate 막국수Makguksu in 봉평 메밀막국수 Bongpyeong Maemil Makguksu.

去了汗蒸幕之後,我到봉평 메밀막국수吃蕎麥麵

막국수 Makguksu is originally from 강원도Gangwon-do where is east north of south Korea.
 蕎麥麵是源自於南韓東北方城市-江原道的食物
Gangwon-do is famous for buckwheat, so there are lots of local food which made by buckwheat.
 江原道是蕎麥的產地,所以很多當地食物都是用蕎麥製作

What's different between 막국수 Makguksu and 냉면 cold noodle?

蕎麥麵和冷麵有什麼不同呢?

Makguksu is usually using water kimchi for broth, but cold noodle is usually using meat broth.

蕎麥麵通常以水泡菜為湯頭,冷麵通常是使用肉熬煮成高湯

Also, Makguksu's noodles is softer than cold noodle.

還有蕎麥麵也會比冷麵嚐起來軟一些

I heard this restaurant is quiet famous around Jimjilbang, and I visited here !

我聽說這間餐廳是汗蒸幕附近有名的餐廳,然後我就來這啦!

I think Makguksu is perfect for summer !!!!! >< 

我想蕎麥麵就是非常適合夏天 !!!!! ><

We ordered 보쌈코스 Bossam Course.

我們點包肉

the price was 45,000won 

它的價錢是韓圜45000(台幣1210)

보쌈Bossam + 메밀전 Buckwheat pancake + 쟁반막국수 Big plate Makguksu.

包肉+蕎麥煎餅+大份蕎麥麵

** Bossam is boiled pork belly  with special Korean ingrediant such as 된장 doenjang ( soy bean paste).

**包肉就是川燙過後的豬腹肉加上一些特別的韓國食材醬料例如大醬

It was melted on my tongue. 

這些包肉就在我舌頭上化開

메밀전Mae Mil Jeon ( Buckwheat pancake)

蕎麥煎餅

It was also very very good !!!! 

真的非常非常好吃!!!

It was my favorite menu in the restaurant.

這道是我在這間餐廳裡最喜歡的一道菜

I ate Mae Mil Jeon with Bossam pork and vegetables.

我把蕎麥煎餅和包肉,蔬菜夾在一起吃

Wow !!!!!! GREAT GREAT GREAT !

哇嗚!!!!!!太棒了 太棒了 真的太棒了!

Actually, it's unusual way to eat Mae Mil Jeon, but I highly recommend you.

雖然它不是正常的吃法來吃蕎麥煎餅,但我超推薦你們吃吃這種吃法

Makguksu has two types, spicy and water,  as like 냉면 cold noodle.

蕎麥麵通常有兩種吃法,辣的和湯的,就像冷麵一樣

I liked it because there were lots of vegetable !

我喜歡這道,因為它有好多蔬菜!

I was sooooooo full.

我真的好飽哦

We were just three people, and ate all of them.

我們只有三個人卻吃完了全部

OMG! I can't believe that.  

天啊!我真不敢相信我們竟然吃完了

After we ate dinner, we visited traditional market near the restaurant.

晚飯後我們就到餐廳附近的傳統市場逛逛

韓國 汗蒸幕 Grand Aqua Jimjilbang 그랜드 아쿠아 찜질방

I went to 찜질방 Jimjilbang !!!!! >< ~~
我去了汗蒸幕(찜질방)囉!!!!><~~

When I was younger, I went to  목욕탕 Korean spa every weekend.
在我還很小的時候,我每個星期都會到韓國澡堂(목욕탕)

I loved to drink chocolate milk and yogurt in  목욕탕 Korean Spa ><
那時,我很愛在韓國澡堂買巧克力牛奶和優格來喝><

I think Jimjilbang is upgrade version of Korean spa.
我想汗蒸幕就是升級版的韓國澡堂吧

(Jimjilbang originates from the traditional ondol heating system.)
(汗蒸幕源自於韓國傳統的暖炕概念)

  I think people are going there for eating some food and hanging out with their family and friends.
韓國人會和家人和朋友去汗蒸幕吃東西或是聚聚

There are lots of rest places.
那裏會有很多可以休息的地方

If you go to Jimjilbang, you can see lots of people are sleeping.
假如你到汗蒸幕,你會看到很多人在那邊睡覺

Jimjilbang is also famous for sleeping place.
 汗蒸幕也是大家都知道可以睡覺休息的地方

When Koreans go to trip in the different city,  people are sleeping in Jimjilbang if they don't have enough money.
當韓國人到不同城市旅行的時候,假如他們沒有足夠的經費,他們可以選擇到汗蒸幕睡覺

However, I don't wanna recommend sleeping in Jimjilbang for you because here is no security.
但是我不想推薦你們在這地方睡覺,因為這裡真的很不安全




Also, they have lots of playground for kids.
他們也有很多小朋友們的遊戲器材

Kids are very easy to get boring, so they made lots of place for them.
因為小朋友很容易在這裡覺得無聊,所以汗蒸幕裡會有很多地方讓小朋友可以遊戲

Jimjilbang is usually very popular during winter season, but lots of people were there even summer.

I think nowadays Korea is very hot, so people are looking for cool place.
我猜大概是最近韓國太熱了,所以大家想要找一些涼爽的地方

( Jimjilbang is cool because of air conditional. Just Jimjil places are very hot.)
(在汗蒸幕裡,因為冷氣的關係所以會很涼喔.只有專門的汗蒸房裡才會特別熱)

For that reason, ice room was so popular !!
所以囉,冰房此時就會超受歡迎!!

This was ice room ! 
這就是冰房!

The temperature was not too low, but other rooms were usually over 50°C.
這裡溫度不會太低,但其它房間的溫度通常就會超過50°C

This room was very crowded !!! ㅋㅋㅋ 

這冰房可是到處都是人!!! ㅋㅋㅋ

I couldn't stay there more than 5minutse because there was really cold.
因為它真的太冷了
我沒辦法留在那超過五分鐘以上

You could see some ice in the wall.你可以在牆上看到一些冰

I can't believe that the temperature was just 18°C !!
我真不敢相信這裡只有18°C !!

 Actually, we really wanted to eat 라면 Raman in Jimjilbang, but they did not sell Raman..  ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

其實我們很想在汗蒸幕裡吃拉麵,但這間沒賣拉麵..  ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

so, we just decided to eat cup raman with 매실차masilcha (plum tea)

所以我們決定來吃泡麵拉麵和梅子茶(매실차)

This Jimjimbang is located west part of seoul near 강서구청Gangseo District Office.
I think the nearest subway station is 가양역 Gayang staion line 9.
這間汗蒸幕是位在首爾的西邊靠近西區
我想最近的捷運地鐵站為加陽站(가양역)九號線
