Yoon Mi-rae took care of Tiger JK.

伊美來當時就在他身邊照顧著他

Finally, he overcame his sickness, and thye got married.

最後,他戰勝了他的疾病,而且他們結婚了

韓國 下酒的好夥伴-烤魚片

相信有看韓劇的朋友們,
一定有發現韓國人超愛喝酒的
難過的時候;快樂的時候;聊天的時候;慶祝的時候,
不管什麼時候,
韓國人一定要有酒陪伴著!

連下雨的時候,韓國朋友們都會不約而同說
"現在就是要吃煎餅配喝酒!!!"

其實我很喜歡跟幾個韓國朋友一起喝酒,
因為韓國人真的太常喝酒了,所以他們有好多喝酒時的遊戲,我覺得還蠻好玩的.

當然和韓國人一起喝酒,他們也會跟我說說關於喝酒時要注意的禮儀.
我覺得這點蠻有趣的.哈哈

老實說,我第一次聽到的時候,
對他們連喝酒都還這麼遵守喝酒禮儀真的感到驚訝不已.


雖說韓國人大部分都會喝酒,但還是有很多韓國女生是討厭喝酒的
我遇過很多韓國女生 雖然偶爾會小喝幾口
但平常的她們,是不喝酒的.
甚至有些還會跟我說,"Yain,我恨死了會喝酒的男生"
我想大概是,她們看多了那些平常看似正常,
喝醉酒後卻會變成完全不一樣的人吧



今天想跟大家介紹的是韓國喝酒時會配的一種小零食
這是我有一次跟韓國朋友喝酒時,
韓國朋友神秘兮兮的跟我說,"等下請妳吃ㄧ樣東西,妳一定會喜歡的"
果然......又是一個一試成主顧的韓國美食


魚片(魚乾)쥐포
魚片是用魚做成的魚乾
有些人會生吃
我有生吃過
生吃時,感覺會比較硬且有嚼勁
加上看起來半透明的外型
我覺得很像在吃蒟蒻乾

第一次吃魚片時,韓國朋友熟練的把魚片放到烤箱裡
等大概2-3分鐘後,魚片烤好跳出來後
就可以把它剪成一條一條配酒吃!!!

魚片可以在超商買到也可以在路邊攤,
從這點,大家可以看出它是多麼平民的韓國食物
記得買回家要放冰箱喔

魚片上可以清楚的看到魚骨頭.
雖然我先前提到,吃起來很像蒟蒻乾
但是因為魚片是用魚做的,蒟蒻乾的口味都是人工合成的
所以吃起來的感覺還是不同

魚片上有塗一些醬汁
嚐起來甜甜鹹鹹的

每片顏色會有點不一樣.
烤前可以先洗一下,有朋友告訴我這可以除去魚腥味
但我和我朋友都是直接烤
對我來說並沒有太明顯的魚腥味
(可能和購買的牌子或是每個人對魚敏感度會有些不同)

家裡沒有烤箱的就用瓦斯爐直接烤吧
但是我不是很推薦
因為很容易烤焦
我為了要示範這姿勢
魚片烤到著火

還是平底鍋最方邊.要烤幾片就幾片
鍋子上不用加油,直接放上去烤,不過要不停翻面

烤好啦!
要不要剪成一條一條就看個人喜好囉.
我偏向直接整片拿來啃

大家吃的時候要小心燙啊..哈哈

My skin is very very dry.. so I always really care moist of my skin.
我的皮膚是屬於非常非常乾的.所以我總是非常在意我肌膚的保溼狀態

Also, the brand is one of my favorite one !!!
這品牌也是我喜歡品牌的其中之ㄧ!!!

However, I could not understand why they choose this topic to their advertisement.
只是我不明白為什麼這個牌子選擇這樣的主題來打廣告.

When I watched this advertisemnet, I agreed that the contents of adverstisment.
當我看到這則廣告時,我是同意這廣告的內容

Actually, it is common that boy friends buy expensive bags to their girl friends.
事實上,男朋友買名牌包給他們的女友,這種現象是常見的

Also, I asked some of my friend who were guys, and they are willing to buy expensive bags to their girl friends.
我也曾問過我的一些男性友人,他們也表示願意買名牌包給他們的女友

I also agree that it is one way to show their love.
我認同這是一種表示他們愛對方的方法


However, I feel still uncomfortable with this advertisement
但我覺得這廣告給我的感覺卻很不舒服

because all the Korean women are not that kinds of girls who meet boy friend because of bag.
因為並不是所有韓國女生都是為了名牌包而去交男朋友的


In Korea, we have one type of girl who is called 된장녀(Doenjang girls).
在韓國,有一種類型的女孩被稱為大醬女(豆醬女)(된장녀)

된장녀(Doenjang girls) means a girl
大醬女的意思是指

who likes to eat at expensive restraurant, buy expensive clothes and bag, and take a expentive car.
這女生喜歡吃昂貴的餐廳,買昂貴的名牌衣服和包包,搭昂貴的汽車

However, the girl doesn't have money to do it, so the girl likes to meet guys who are rich.
然而,這女生沒有錢去做這些事情,所以她喜歡和有錢的男生來往

Finally she thought that she is also a rich girl.
最後她會認為自己也是個有錢人

된장녀 is not rich, but she want to looks like a rich girl.
大醬女並不表示本身是有錢,但是她想要大家覺得她是個有錢人

I think Korea has this kind of culture or issue because Korean are really really care about thier appearance.
我想韓國有這種文化或這種問題的原因是韓國人真的非常非常在意外表

Some people judge other people by thier appearnace.

I think not only Korean but also all the contries women were eager to be pretty!

韓國 N首爾塔 서울타워 N Seoul tower

Hello :) How was your today?
哈囉:)你們今天好嗎?

Korea is getting hot..... ㅠㅠ
韓國的氣溫已經開始漸漸熱起來了..TT TT

but the weather is okay :)
但是天氣的狀況還不錯:)

I went to Seoul tower which is located in 남산Namsan (南山).
我去了位在南山的首爾塔

so. Korean is also called this tower 남산타워 Namsan Tower.
韓國人也稱這為南山塔

I was walking on there.... so I was super super super tired.... OMG
我是走上去的...所以我那時真的真的真的好累喔..天啊

Please take a bus... No walking .....
請大家搭公車..千萬別走路啊.....

This time was my first time to go there.
這是我第一次去首爾塔

  Top of the mountain, you can see 팔각정八角亭 .

山頂,你可以看到八角亭

HAHA I took a picture infront of 팔각정.

When you go to Seoul tower, you 

can see that lots of locks!! 

當你們去首爾塔時,你們會看到很多鎖!!

Korean couples believe that if they locked the key in the Seoul tower together, they will love each other forever.

So, there are so many couple in there.

When my sister went there, she told me that she doesn't wanna go there again without boyfriend. haha

Anyway it is very romantic !!

I saw Seoul tower so many time in the dramas and TV programs,

but I didn't have chance to go there.

However, when I was there, I could feel why it is so famous for romantic place in Seoul

不用到韓國,在家就可以享用的韓國冷麵

不知道大家有沒有吃過韓國冷麵?
我其實並沒有在韓國吃過道地的韓國冷麵
第一次在國外吃到的就是 今天我要介紹給大家的韓國冷麵 泡麵(?)
我啊! 簡直就是 一試成主顧

我現在可是 愛.慘.了 韓國冷麵

真的超感謝韓國有出這種泡麵,
讓我可以買一堆屯在家裡,想吃就煮來吃

基本上 韓國冷麵分(1)冷麵(2)水冷麵
簡單的說 就是乾麵和湯麵兩種不同吃法
冷麵是以乾的韓國蕎麥麵加上辣死人不償命的辣醬
水冷麵則是酸酸嗆嗆的湯和韓國蕎麥麵配上清脆爽口的泡菜

我就不囉唆了,馬上介紹給大家這兩款韓國冷麵(泡麵式)

韓國冷麵(泡麵式) 的正面照

背面照 大家有沒有看到可愛的繪圖.
有這圖,不懂韓文的也會煮吧

這是冷麵,所以這包裡有一塊蕎麥麵和一包紅辣醬(紅包)及一包乾燥蔬菜(黃包)

韓國蕎麥麵和台灣的蕎麥麵不同在於,

韓國蕎麥麵是有加薯粉的

所以它的口感非常非常的Q及有韌性

我很喜歡這種口感

我覺得吃ㄧ口韓國蕎麥麵就很像吃了滿口的金針菇

這是加了辣醬包,這辣醬包超辣的

我建議大家第一次吃 最好邊吃邊加.

我習慣全加,因為我覺得吃起來超過癮的

(不過旁邊一定要有水或飲料, 因為滿口辣勁不是一般人可以承受的)

在煮韓國蕎麥麵時要邊攪,然後水會越來越稠,越來越多泡泡

大概三分鐘就要拿起來,不然麵會變太軟

蕎麥麵用滾水煮過後,要馬上的放入冰水中

這可以讓麵吃起來Q勁十足

我個人喜歡把煮好的蕎麥麵沖過冷水後,直接先放冷凍庫,

然後處理配料完再把蕎麥麵拿出來(大約3-5分鐘)

這是加完辣醬包和乾燥蔬菜包

我喜歡韓國的乾燥蔬菜包

因為它們不像台灣泡麵,每次都是放紅蘿蔔和青蔥

它們會配合不同泡麵放不同的青菜

大家有看到白白那一塊嗎?

那是乾燥魚肉..

真的沒騙你們,真的是魚肉

拉近點讓大家看...

韓國水冷麵(泡麵式) 正面照

也是有可愛繪圖喔

(當然也有卡洛里標示)

這包裡有一塊蕎麥麵,一包湯頭湯包(藍包),一包乾燥泡菜(紫包),一包芥茉醬(綠包)

先把藍包裡的湯頭與260ml的水(開水或礦泉水)混合

煮好的蕎麥麵放到先前做好的湯頭裡,再放入乾燥的泡菜包,及黃包-韓國芥末包

這圖片是乾燥泡菜包裡頭,咬起來很像醬瓜的小黃瓜

吃起來真的很清爽

水冷麵的湯頭有加醋,所以吃起來酸酸的

另外附的芥末包一定要加

因為湯頭會變的酸酸嗆嗆

我覺得好適合夏天吃喔..

韓國人喜歡加冰塊一起吃.但我覺得涼涼的就很好吃了

以下我找到了兩段影片教大家如何在家自己製作韓國冷麵和水冷麵

最後,我要提醒大家

煮過的蕎麥麵最好是當天吃完

如果放到隔天,加熱後再吃會變超軟的

就完全沒有它本來咬勁

這兩款泡麵式的韓國冷麵,

價格會比一般韓國泡麵貴些

但我真的很推薦大家去吃看看

(希望大家跟我一樣喜歡冷麵,但不要搶購空呀,留點給我呀!!!哈哈)
