韓國 大田 2012 世界廚師料理大會 2012 WACS(World Association of Chefs Society)

Hello ~!!
哈囉~!!

I went to 2012 WASC Congress Daejun which is very famous international food festival and competition.
我去了2012 韓國大田 世界廚師料理大會 (2012 WASC Gongress Daejun),這是一個非常著名的國際料理節和料理競賽

This is not Korean festival. This is international festival which is started from French.
這活動並不是原自於韓國.這是國際性的,起源於法國

Actually, my sister wants to be a Chef, so we went there to see her professor who was participated in this event.
實際上,因為我妹想當個廚師,所以我就跟她來見習她參與這次活動的教授

We had chance to eat food which her professor made.
我們有機會吃看看她教授的料理

It was also part of competition.
教授的料理剛好也是參賽作品

Actually, it was very very very difficult to get the ticket, but we ate it !!!
老實說,要得到這項活動的入場卷是一件非常困難的事情,
但是我們還是吃到了!!!

I think we were so lucky !!!
我想我們真的太幸運了!!!

I ate food in the clod part(buffet), but there is also another competion near by us.
我坐位是在提供冷盤自助餐裡,但是在我身旁也有一些競賽正進行著


We could see that lots of food were displayed !!! 
我們也可以看到很多料理的展示!!!
I love this one so much !!!!! Korean map !!!!
我非常愛這一份料理!!!韓國地圖!!!

Also this one got the Gold prize !!!!!!
這一份料理也得到了金牌!!!!!!

Can you see Jeju-do, Ulleung-do, Dokdo-do?  >ㅁ< !!

I love Korea !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
