Chu Seok is one of the biggest holiday in Korea !!

中秋節是韓國大節日之ㄧ!!

Chu Seok holiday is from September 29 to October 1.

中秋節假期是從9/29-10/1

I can eat lots of delicious food during the holiday, so I'm so HAPPY now !!!

因為我可以在中秋節吃到很多美味的食物,所以我現在超快樂的!!!

This is 송편 Song Pyeon !!!

這是松糕!!!

It's sweet  and ... humm. I don't know how I can explain it.

Anyway it's GOOOOOOD !!!

總之它吃起來很好吃!!!

haha During this holiday, I can easily see this kind of scene. ㅋㅋ 

哈哈 在這個節日時期,我可以很輕易就看到這種場景哈哈

Father , daughter, or son are always eating while mom is cooking. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 

這場景就是當媽媽正在煮飯時,爸爸、女兒和兒子總是在一旁吃.哈哈哈

We also can eat various kinds of Korean traditional pancake (전 or 부침개).

我們也可以吃到多種的韓國傳統煎餅

I always feel that I got lots of weight after Chu Seok holiday haha

我總覺得在中秋假期後我的體重會上升好多 哈哈

But it is very famous folk play.

但它卻是非常知名的民俗遊戲

It has long historical story.

韓國 Samsung(三星)智慧型烤箱 烹飪課 삼성 스마트 오븐 쿠킹 클래스

哈囉:) 大家好?

I went to Samsung Smart Oven Cooking Class this monday.

我這星期一去上了三星的智慧型烤箱烹飪課

Once a month, Samsung hold a cooking class, and I got the chance to go there !!

三星公司每個月會有一次的烹飪課,而我剛好有機會參加!!

For this month, they are going to teach our about dinner menu which is good for fall season.

這個月他們要教我們的課程主題是-適合秋天的晚餐

They prepared sandwiches and a vegetable juice. 

他們有先準備三明治和蔬菜汁給大家

I was hungry because this cooking class started at 7pm,

因為這烹飪課是晚上七點開始,那時我感到很餓

so I just ate the sandwiches when I got there. hahaha 

所以當我一到那,我就吃了那些三明治.哈哈哈

They also gave us a note and recipe book.

他們也提供給我們筆記本和食譜

I think this oven is very convenient for beginner who want to cook with oven.

我覺得這個烤箱對於那些一開始學習用烤箱烹飪的人來說 真的很便利

I also like the design !! Isn't it pretty ? 

我也喜歡這個設計!!它很漂亮吧?

In this class, we learned two recipe, one was Korean Pesto Roast Pork and the other one was Chilly Shrimp Couscous

這堂課裡,我們學了兩道菜,一個是韓國香蒜烤肉,另一個是非洲小米飯佐辣蝦

However, I just made Korean pesto roast pork becuase I didn't have enough time to make two dishes.

但是,因為我沒有足夠時間做兩道菜,所以我只完成韓國香蒜烤肉

He is today's chef ! Kim Hyun-hak. He is quite famous food stylist ><

While we were cooking roast fork, we ate Chilly Shrimp Couscous !!

當我們正在烤肉時,我們也吃了非洲小米飯佐辣蝦!!

It's so good >< It was my first time to eat Couscous, and it was very good.

它真的很棒><這是我第一次吃非洲小米飯,它吃起來真的很好吃

I wanna try it agian !! 

我想再吃ㄧ次!!

我覺得我還要一些蔬菜,白飯和豆醬 哈哈哈哈

(쌈장 Ssamjang is a one kind of Korean sauce which is good to eat with pork. ) 

(豆醬是一種韓國醬汁,很適合和豬肉一起吃)

Anyway it was really fun time to learn cooking !!

I was so sick nowadays,,, ㅠㅠ
我最近身體真的很不舒服,,,

so I couldn't upload some information about Korea..
所以我沒辦法更新一些韓國的資訊

Yesturday was my sister's birthday ~!!
昨天可是我妹的生日呀~!!

so I went to Italian restraurant even if I was sick.... ㅋㅋ !
所以即便我生病了,我還是去了一間義大利餐廳吃飯...哈哈!

My sister told me Mad for Garlic is kind of very famous for Korean people,
我妹跟我說Mad for Garlic這間餐廳 對韓國人來說算很有名

but expensive........................
但,好貴啊..........................

I was waiting for 40minutes !! wow ! I could feel that here is very popular place for Korean.
我等了40 分鐘!! 天啊! 我真的可以感受到這間餐廳是多麼受韓國人歡迎.

韓國人喜歡吃有湯的義大利麵哦.....還要吃起來很辣 哈哈哈哈

so I think this pasta is Korean style. hahaha
所以我想這是韓國風格的義大利麵 哈哈哈

Mad for Garlic is kind of fancy restraurant, so I could see lots of poeple are doling blinddate haha

While i was eating delicious food, I thought I feel better than before.

TARTINE ! This is one of the most famous dessert cafe in Itaewon.
TARTINE! 這是梨泰院知名的甜點咖啡屋

I went to there with my bf and his one of the best friend.
我是和我男友及他好朋友一起去的

She introduced us this cafe, and she told me here is very famous.
她介紹我們這間咖啡店,然後她跟我說這間店在黎泰院可是非常出名

Actually, I could feel Tartine is very famous because there are so many people in the cafe.
實事上我從店裡到處都是人,可以猜測出Tartine在這,是非常受歡迎

Everything looks very delicious !!! ><
每樣東西看起來都好美味!!!><

But, here was quite expensive............
但在這裡的價錢卻相當貴..............

Just a piece of tart is about 7500 won.
只是一片水果塔就要韓幣7500 (NT190-200)

I ate coconut and ......  I don't know ㅋㅋㅋㅋ because his friend ordered another one. haha
我吃的是椰子口味和....我不知道哈哈哈哈因為另一個是我男友的朋友點的.哈哈

anyway, it was very tasty.
但不管怎樣,那個也很好吃

I love to eat sweet things so much !

I need something sweet for tonight !!!
